Dear Nathan, l as a former School Principal and Professor of Education absolutely agree with your wise critique of academia. We need to advocate for love and kindness to all the loving animals who as sentient beings deserve to be treated with Compassion just as humans should be treated. It is hard to fathom how any human being can be blind to this need for love and compassion.

What is shocking is the inborn stereotyped prejudice demonstrated by egotistical academics who assume Blacks, Hispanics and Asians don’t share the same universal values all human beings share, ones we witness every day: compassion and kindness towards all animal life. They should stop rationalizing and using their prejudice for a buck and a publication.

Dear Nathan, I agree with your logic re human AND animal care and responsibility. It sounds like the Trump vs Kamala race wherein COMMON SENSE prevailed over CRT/DEI the idiocy of Defund the Police . This is analogous to the inhumanity and cruelty of treating animals as property instead of the sensitive feeling beings that they are. It is scary to see the reality of what has been happening in our country, with open borders “encouraging “ illegal criminal migrants/gangs/murderers to enter our country which is analogous to those who run the kill-shelters and their political overlords. Lastly, can you use your brilliant legal mind AND genuine Love of Animals as sentient beings, to convince the incoming Trump administration to publicly state that they will Support Animal Causes (for Donald Trump is not a dog person, but JD Vance has a German Shepherd named Atlas, Ivanka has 3 dogs, Elon Musk has dogs?! In fact, you should be nominated as Ambassador of Animal Love. Regards, Jerry Neidich, Ph.D.
